About Brandot

Since joining Brandot International Ltd. in 2002, Dennis Dodo has been a valuable member of the Financial Management team. He is responsible for analyzing financial and operating results of the joint ventures and for compiling monthly joint venture reporting packages. Dennis is also a consultant to various Canadian firms on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and assists in determining project risks and developing remedies and position reports for senior management. He has considerable experience in equity accounting, financial reporting and financial controls.

Previously, Dennis worked in financial management for MAST Industries. He has also worked at Netegrity Incorporated, where he was involved in handling aspects of both international finance and corporate planning. Prior to that, he was the Senior Corporate Accountant and Senior Revenue Recognition Officer at Parexel International. Dennis obtained an MBA from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire and a BBA from the University of the District of Columbia. Dennis is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Certified Fraud Examiners. He is the Treasurer and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Milton, Ontario.
