Alan L. LeBovidge

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Alan LeBovidge joined Samtex (USA), Inc., an affiliate of Brandot International, Ltd., in 2011. He has a strong background in tax and finance, having served clients in banking, high tech, real estate and high net worth individuals. Alan began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he spent 32 years in positions of increasing responsibility including Vice Chairman, Tax. In December, 2001, Alan was appointed Commissioner of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he served for 5½ years. In 2007, he was appointed as Executive Director of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, which position he held until 2009. Alan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and LLM (taxation) from Boston University.
